Our Story

Syncado started with a real problem. Our co-founder Marcin is a competitive squash player who ranks highly in European and Polish rankings. But squash is not his day job. He is an economist and senior advisor at the European Investment Bank, where he has built his entire career in institutional banking.

As a side project, Marcin took on managing a squash club where hundreds of employees regularly booked courts, organized matches, and ran team events. He tried every club management tool on the market. They were either painfully complex, built for IT departments instead of club managers, or simply missing the features he needed.

"So he built his own. A tool designed by someone who actually runs a club, for people who actually run clubs."

That tool became Syncado. It is built on first-hand experience of what club managers deal with every day: last-minute cancellations, overlapping bookings, Excel chaos, and the constant back-and-forth of coordinating courts, coaches, and players.

Today, Syncado by Rejustify serves sports clubs of all sizes, from enterprise employee clubs to mid-sized independent facilities. We understand the daily reality because we live it ourselves. Built by a Czech-Polish team headquartered in Luxembourg, our co-founders bring together sports management experience, finance and payments expertise, and deep technical know-how.
